27 February 2010
Dear All,
In the meantime we are heading already towards the end of February and I can’t believe how fast the last few weeks have gone by. It was just the beginning of January... We have an exciting new year ahead us.
I would still like to use the opportunity
to wish you all a
HAPPY NEW YEAR,
a successful and fulfilling 2010!
The reason why I only get to write this newsletter now is that I got married on 4th January and had an absolutely beautiful wedding up the West Coast.
We had the house full of visitors and
the days were filled with entertaining the guests and showing them around
in the Cape.
2010
– a successful and fulfilled year!
Here are a few tips how to ensure that
your New Year’s Resolutions will be a success this year:
- Write your resolutions down – you will then more likely achieve your goals!
- Make you resolutions very specific – if you wanna change the way you look, say “I hire an Image Consultant, get my hair cut/coloured/ styled and work on a new look by 1st April 2010!
- Remind yourself regularly of your resolutions by sticking your goals on the cupboard door or on your bathroom mirror where you will see them every day!
- Be committed to your goals – only set up goals that YOU really want to achieve. “If you can dream it, you can do it!”
- Get support from your loved ones – share your dreams and ideas with people around you who you know will support you in achieving them.
- Don’t give up – there is a right time for every thing.
- Believe in yourself – it will give you a lot of energy to work towards your goals.
- Visualise – see yourself at the end of the year 2010 with all your dreams achieved. How would it feel? Do everyday some visualisation excersises.
- Celebrate & be proud once you have achieved your goals!
I hope you had a great start into the
new year, if not it can only get better and remember “Be the change,
you wanna see in the world”. I wish you that all your dreams and wishes
come true! Believe in them and they will happen!
